Read the paragraph.

[1] Cory tried out for his school play, Rumors, by Neil Simon. [2] Cory got the part of "Ken." [3] Cory attended rehearsal every day after school, and he practiced his lines every night. [4] Cory was fantastic on opening night. [5] Cory made the audience laugh!
