Should terminally ill patients have the rights to doctor assisted suicide?

I think they should have the rights to doctor assisted suicide. It is their life and their decision. They are terminally ill so they will die anyway and if they choose assisted suicide, they can end their suffering a little earlier. It may be hard for the patients loved family and friends but, again, it is their choice.
