Read this passage from Andrew Jackson's message to Congress "On Indian Removal":It gives me pleasure to announce to Congress that the benevolent policy of the Government, steadily pursued for nearly thirty years, in relation to the removal of the Indians beyond the white settlements is approaching to a happy consummation.     The best answer among the following choices would be the fourth option D) because if we do process of elimination we see that Andrew Jackson is not insecure about himself or anything, he is not confident in anything or anyone, not angry either but remorseful and glad that the two tribes accepted the provision.
