Total of $100

x + x + x/2 + x/4 + 1 = 100

2x + x/2 + x/4 + 1 = 100

2x + 0.5x + 0.25x + 1 = 100

2.75x = 100 - 1

2.75x = 99

x = 99/2.75

x = 36

Alexa's savings: 36

Father's contribution: 36

Mother's contribution: 36/2 = 18

Brother's contribution: 36/4 = 9
