What roles do the elderly play in your family or culture? How are you taught to treat them?

Elders are those people with older age in a family. Since they are older, they play significant roles in the family which include nurturing young ones by imparting in them good morals, provision of education in order to provide them skills for attaining work and other situations.

Common grace and manners are to treat elders with dignity and respect.
