    Steve is very easy-going but can handle tough situations very well.

    Explanation:

    This starts out negative but ends positive. However, this can leave a better feeling in people as the positivity is last. If another positive note is added, this effect can be intensified by using a complement sandwhich. A compliment followed by a note of needed improvement with another complement.
