    I am pretty sure that pair number three ''Taking the fish out of the oven. Helen had cooked it perfectly.'' does not contain any sentence fragments. When we need to indicate a sentence fragment we must look for a the sentence which can't stand by itself without next supporting one that contains the object. That object will make us clear and fill this gap in the sense. So, in 3rd pair we have the object (pronoun), that makes us see the connection of these sentences
