aunt Alexandra's opinion on breeding and family is very strict. She looks anxious to impress Scout and Jem that their background is well-established and well-behaved.

    Explanation:

Alexandra's is a person who sees less as person an individual than as a re-presenter of their family background. She tries to stop Scout and Jem from mixing with lower background family or from a different race as it affects on an individual personality. She focused onto the gentle breeding than love. Her thoughts are to an extend acceptable to have a good breed which constitutes to good manners and behaviors, but at the same time it was a breeding without love which is an act of stereotype. One should look for dignity of character within the person.
