Co-teaching is involved when two or more professionals jointly deliver substantive instruction to a diverse, or blended group of students in a single physical space.

They are giving the same instruction/lesson plan to the same group of students during the same session.

Group counseling would be in a case where they are going through an emotional/mental topic within a group of those who are suffering through the same thing. i. e. grief counseling for an entire group. More than one more person is sharing their thoughts/feelings within a group who is also grieving.

Team sports is something of teaching but it's players playing on a team together.

An IEP meeting is a requirement for "special needs" students or those with learning disorders or those with attention disorders to go over individualized lesson plans with that particular student to make sure their needs are properly being taken care of, educationally.
