Why is Wikipedia not considered a reliable source?

A) because there is not a printed version of it

B) because it can be easily changed by authors without expertise in the field

C) because too many people use it

D) because teachers say so

    Will there more reason why but I'm going to go with B) because it tends to be changed constantly.

    I would consider (B) to be the answer to this question. Wikipedia isn't a reliable source. It can be changed by anyone at anytime.
