Do you mean like multiplying fractions?

1. You multiply the numerators

2. You multiply the denominators

3. Simplify the fraction (if needed)

For example:

1/4 times 2/8

1 times 2 = 2

4 times 8 = 32

Since both numbers are divisible by two, you simplify it by dividing both numbers by two

The answer would by 1/16
