Which trait is prominent in acts 1 & 2 of Macbeth

    I do not exactly know what you mean by trait, and you have no answers, but assuming you mean a trait in terms of Macbeth's personality, I would say cowardice is a prominent trait. (for example, he is hesitant to murder the king).
