Read this paragraph. The train can be a convenient way to travel to various European cities. Certain tickets allow passengers to get off at desired locations, stay however long they want, and then catch another train to head to their next stop. Some tickets, though, do not allow passengers this luxury. Since passengers on the train are unable to exit and reenter at the city stops. They must view those cities from inside the train's windows. Either way, the train is a great way to view a lot of Europe's beautiful countryside without having to deal with the headaches of driving yourself! Which of the following is a fragment in this paragraph?

The answer is "Certain tickets allow passengers to get off at desired locations, stay however long they want, and then catch another train to head to their next stop." It is the answer because it just makes a statement and not rephrase it into an actual sentence.
