    Both Frederick Douglass and Booker T. Washington did not know their father's names. All they knew was that their fathers were while. Both were also born into slavery. Frederick ran away to get out of slavery but Booker did not. Therefore, the correct answer for this would be option C. One ran away from slavery, and one did not.
