Based on a survey of almost 3,000 adults, researchers Wyatt et al. (Obesity Research, 2002) reported that those who ate breakfast regularly tended to be more successful at maintaining their weight loss. Based on this study, could we conclude "eating breakfast regularly" and "maintaining weight loss" are in the "cause-and-effect relationship?

    According to the experience of nutritionists, breakfast varies if it works to reduce weight, that is why it is related cause-effect.

    Explanation:

    That human beings respect the habit of having breakfast avoids binge eating, encourages them to respect the four daily meals that are breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.

    Some nutritionists maintain that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and where we have the most abundance of food and nutrients, as the day goes by the portions have to be smaller and the lighter meals so that at night they do not demand the body, comply with a good metabolism and fall asleep.
