What does it mean to be a part of an intellectual community? What are the responsibilities of the intellectual community? Do they even have any? Has social media made it more or less difficult to be a part of an intellectual community?

    A community is a group of people that exist together, often with similar aims and objectives.

    An intellectual community is a mutually recognize space of knowledge sharing or ideas among different people.

    The responsibilities of an intellectual community is to make sure that the information shared in their communities are factual and accurate, devoid of bias.

    Social media has made it even easier to become part of an intellectual community because you can join such communities on Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, etc and become connected to thousands of other users.
