    I would say A. The pronouns are consistent throughout, and jury is treated as singular.

    I want to say D. Because it can't be any version with their for that switches pronoun mid sentence which is a big no no. And is is used for singular subjects and are is used for plural subjects, if D isn't the answer then that just goes to show you how much the english language loves to contradict itself and break it's own rules.
