I waited all day long,

for the Package to come.

she told me i should receive it by one.

i waited by the window so that I could see,

when the mail carrier came to deliver,

my special Package to me.

the sun went down, and the moon revived.

the street lights came on,

but my Package never arrived.

The poet capitalized "Package" in this poem to show that
