    The answer is "C". You would not capitalize the first word after a dialogue for example: "Hi," She said. Don't do that unless it's a name like: "Hi," Sheila said. You also don't capitalize the "C" in "Can be fun". If the speaker is continuing their sentence there is no need to capitalize the next "group of dialogue". So it's simply: "Sharing a room with my sister," she admitted, "can be fun." I hope you understand
