After hearing phyllis call him " Honey " douglas induces that she is still there with him. What do you think makes him draw this conclusion? Knowung that inductive reasoning uses known information to draw a conclusion, why does her using that term mean so much to him?

    I think what’s makes Douglas draw the conclusion that Phyllis is still with him because he believes that even though Phyllis has this disease that she still remembers him. ±he reason it means so much to him is because that was the name she gave him and that their love would be ever-lasting.
