This passage can be found in the book of Proverbs in the Bible.

Explanation:

The Holy Book of the Christians contains the sayings, the teachings, the warnings and advice of God to his people. The whole book contains 66 books written by numerous authors but all talking about the same God.

The passage from the question can be found in book of Proverbs chapter 3 verse 9 and 10. These lines talk of man's need to give to God whatever he has, which will come back to him in a more abundant way. If we give to God with an open mind and heart, God will return our efforts with much more blessings.
