Yes it is. If you plug it into the equation you get 2 (0) - 5 (-2) = 10. If you multiply 2 by 0 you get 0 and your new equation is 0-5 (-2) = 10. You have to remember order of operations and multiply - 5 by - 2 which gives you + 10 (because it is a positive 10). 0+10=10.
