    The purpose of the passage is to inform audiences about the production and types of tortillas. Nowhere in the passage does it say something along the lines of "Tortillas are the best among traditional foods," therefore why D is eliminated. It doesn't state that tortillas are easy to make which is why C is also eliminated.
