Bart, a 16 year old had moved to New Jersey he was not happy due to having no age - related kids at his block. Looking out the window, Bart notices Mr. Jones - an elderly neighbor removing snow from his sidewalk. In result, Bart has keen interest to meet Mr. Jones.

Winter washed away and in was Summer. Mr. Jones yard has a swimming pool yet Bart was to afraid to ask. One human relation that is effective to use in other to gain Bart's confidence to ask Mr. Jones would be "Self Awareness" which is Understanding your own communication style; being away to confidently interact with others. Realizing your "Personality Traits" is important to afloat your dos and don'ts about your character traits; emotions, likeness, interests etc ...
