What does honesty mean within our workplace? Why would we want our bosses and

teachers to be honest with us?

So we can understand, and not be lied to, their honest with us we can be honest with them and keep no secrets. People generally lie so they can get out of situations but if they lie the consequences will only get worst and if you tell the truth there will be minor consequences
