In A Room of One's Own women were not able to work many jobs due to the inequality present in society. Virginia Woolf speaking of the inequalities paved a way for many women to do the same. She gave confidence and empowerment to many women to speak up for what they believe in. Her past influence on women has spread to the modern day with the feminism movement bigger and more widespread than it has ever been.
