Wiesel will not stay in the room because he is getting afraid.

    Explanation:

At first, Wiesel felt too good to stay in the infirmary. At that time Wiesel has been provided white sheets, better food and he has time away from usual grueling work. Even though Wiesel has been provided white sheets and better food, Wiesel got afraid of getting killed. Wiesel got afraid because another person in the room said that Wiesel cannot make it through the selection.
