    I work better when I'm stress-free.

    Explanation:

When you work under pressure you can't make sure you will complete all your tasks correctly and on time, because you need to pay attention to various things at the same time.

On the other hand, when you work stress-free you have enough time to prioritize your tasks, pay attention to details, develop different strategies, approaches, and other important criteria that represent your skills and your performance.

Working stress-free also means that you do not have to worry about some other stresses and issues that could affect your efforts, because you have to focus just on one thing. So, you do not have to hurry up, nobody depends on you, and you can learn how to prioritize your tasks, how to focus on the most important things and how to complete a task perfectly.
