What is the direct object in the sentence?

My neighbor mowed his lawn even though it was raining.

    I would say it's the lawn because that's the only object introduced in the sentence.

    The direct object is lawn because it states whose lawn it is and neighbor is indirect because normally you have two neighbors and it doesn't state which one and the lawn is the neighbors which makes it direct because we know whose it is
