    The correct answer is Romeo & Juliet. The similarities for both stories are apparent, Romeo & Juliet struggled to stay together because of the differences of their family's, but in Twilight the main characters had to overcome their physical difference for their relationship to work. You could make an argument that Twilight was influenced heavily by Romeo & Juliet.
