What should be included in ur first draft

Your ideas, what you want to talk about in your story.

General structure of your story.

Common core would teach you to write the Main idea and general support of the idea. Don't do that! Just write what ever comes to your head on paper or computer. It doesn't have to be perfect on the first time. I do this all the time and get better results than trying to figure out what to write. I'm serious, Literally just write on paper or computer what ever comes to your head. And then it's super easy to write a second draft because you can look at your first draft and see what you want to keep or take out.
