Jackie Robinson commented on how President Eisenhower failed to act in the controversy that was going on in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was also stated in his letter that President Eisenhower once suggested that the African-American must have self-respect and patient towards the country, but how can they be patient when they are receiving such unacceptable treatment from everyone. Robinsons suggested to give them freedom and equal right for the African-Americans and for everyone.
