paragraph?

Only recently have I been able to identify the causes of my

migraine headaches. First of all, when I eat dark chocolate,

I inevitably end up with a migraine. I love dark chocolate,

so this is sad news for me. Lack of sleep also seems to

trigger my migraines. One other cause that surprised me

was changing time zones, whenever I travel to a different

part of the country, I often experience a migraine. Now that

I know the causes of my migraines, maybe I can do

something to prevent them.
