Even in hiding, Anne was just like a normal teenager who also dreamed about her future. She even wanted to become a professional journalist and would also write about things not related to the Nazi occupation. This is a "dramatic irony" because Anne already knew that it was impossible to achieve her goals, especially in her situation that they were hiding. Despite what was happening around here, the stages of puberty was evident in her feelings for "Peter."

    Explanation:

The question is related to "The Diary of a Young Girl," written by Anne Frank. It tackles her happenings in life during the Nazi occupation in Netherlands.

Although they've been hiding for a long time, they were still found and arrested in 1944. They were then sent to the concentration camps and Anne died of "typhus" while in the camp.
