While White Fang was always treated differently in the Indian's dog pack because it was a wolf-dog hybrid, it was Lip-Lip - one of its own kind - that made his life a living hell. With the constant bullying and the torturing that the puppy went through that eventually turned him into a ferocious fighting dog.

Throughout their whole time together, Lip-lip showcased an aggressive personality, and it was this characteristic and the treatment given to White Fang that eventually led it to its demise when White Fang killed it after a famine.

And the answer is option 4: Lip-lip shows his aggressive personality when he bares his teeth and snarls at White Fang.

The best character analysis is option 4. "Lip-lip shows his aggressive personality when he bares his teeth and snarls at White Fang". This option describes the personality of Lip-lip, the sentence says that he is a bully, then he has an aggressive personality. Also, the sentence mention White Fang as a noun, which is the name of the novel and the option 4 gives the same possible connotation to this noun (White Fang). This is important because in the novel there is a character call also White Fang, and the novel has the same name.

-Option 1 is incorrect because the sentence doesn't describe or imply any fight between two characters.

-Option 2 is incorrect because even though White Fang is the name of the puppy victim of Lip-lip's bullying, the sentence use the name "White Fang" regarding the name of the Novel (The story)

-Option 3 is incorrect because even though the personality of the dog can be described as a dog that barks and snaps at everyone he sees, it is not implyed in the sentence that the dog is related with any kind of dog in the neighbor's of anyone.
