    The third sentance because Swiss Alps is a proper noun, a place, and Fahrenheit is a unit of temperature, also a proper noun.

    I think it's the third one since Fahrenheit should be capitalized and Swiss Alps should be capitalized since it is a specific mountain range/landmark.
