In my opinion, the correct answers are A. Revenge, and B. Thought versus action.

Both Hamlet and Fortinbras are sons who have lost their fathers and feel the urge to revenge, as a precondition to ruling their countries. For Hamlet, revenge is a personal issue that he doesn't want to solve with violence. The whole Denmark expects and fears young Fortinbras' revenge. This is related to the B option, because Fortinbras' military action inspires Hamlet to undertake his own revenge. We don't see Fortinbras much, nor do we get to meet his character. But Hamlet, as a man tortured by contemplation, sees his foil as a man of action. And that is what inspires him to act.
