Describe the effect and purpose of a call to action in a speech

The call to action clearly defines what the public is asked to do after listening to a presentation, inspire people to move. It sets in motion that feeling of need of change that was already generated in the development of the discourse. It opens the way to a different reality, giving the public the "permission" and the energy necessary to proceed.
