    A. Some substances are more addictive than others.

    Explanation:

    Different substances have different levels of addictiveness. The nicotine in cigarette is very addicting to smokers that's why an addicted smoker finds it hard to go a day without smoking at least one stick of cigarette.

    But, you cannot compare the level of nicotine addiction to cocaine addiction.

    Nicotine can be found in caffeine (product used to make coffee), but when a cocaine addict doesn't get his "fix", he loses his sanity, at least temporarily.

    A cocaine addict can sell his property less than their actual value just to get their "fix", he can also resort to stealing, armed robbery, at long as he was hooked.

    So we can comfortably deduce that cocaine addiction is very much on the high side when compared to physical exercise.

    Therefore, some substances are more addicting to others.
