Jeff gets nervous before delivering a speech because he tends to stutter while speaking. He's afraid that he won't be able to speak well in front of an audience. What are two ways Jeff can deal with this fear?

    Jeff can practice in front of a mirror.

    One thing Jeff can do is practice a lot maybe even in front of friends or family to get him used to speaking in front of people

    another thing is memorize the speech if the speech is already well known then there's less room for errors
