When in your life have you been motivated by external factors like rewards, money, or promotion? In what kind of setting would the combination of autonomy, mastery, and purpose be more successful in focusing you to go above and beyond?

    An employee can be motivated by external factors like promotion, salary increament. The feeling of getting promotion in an organization leads to hard work, best performance and honesty.

    In any organization, managers act as the external motivators who motivate the employee by giving them rewards, incentives, and promotion for the employee best performance. External motivators believe that money is a perfect moviators, so they offer incentive for hard work. Thus, if any employee works hard and they are productive then they will be rewarded by paying money for their best work.

    With such feeling of being promoted soon led any individual's to work harder because of the motivation set by the manager i. e promotion for the good work.
