1st effect: You don't want to have emotions or bad attitude on driving because if we're angry we can take it out on innocent people and harm ourselves and them.

2nd effect: If we allow our mind to ponder and focus on something else while driving, we can drift away from reality, not see where we're going, and put our lives and others in danger.
