Right now, 15 year olds can get a practice permit and try for their license at 16. This is too young. Eighteen is a better age. At eighteen, people are more mature and better able to make mature decisions. This is obvious. Not all eighteen-year-olds are mature but the majority of them are. At least we are more mature than fifteen-year-olds.

What could the author do to improve the argument in paragraph three?

A) Assert again that eighteen year olds are more mature than fifteen year olds will ever be.

B) Add a few reasons for why even eighteen year old's can't be trusted with a driver's license.

C) Explain how it is unfair that some people have to take Driver's Education even when they don't need it.

D) Add specific evidence to support the idea that eighteen year olds are more mature than fifteen year olds.
