I am less than 100 the sum of my digits is 4 and half of me is an odd number. I answered this with the # 11

    Let's look at the criteria:

    n < 100

    sum of digits of n = 4

    half of n is odd.

    11 is odd itself, but half of 11 is not even a whole number, and thus can't be odd.

    Also, its digits do not add to 4. (1 plus 1 is 2)

    How are we going to satisfy all of these conditions?

    Let's start with that sum of digits = 4 bit.

    Here's a list of numbers whose digits add to equal 4:

    (only 1-and-2 digit numbers only to stay <100)

    4, 13, 22, 31, 40

    (When the tens digit increases, the ones digit must decrease to stay = 4.)
