Which of these lines contains the clearest example of dialect in poetry?

"By the stream & o'er the mead ..."

"To such a deep delight 'twould win me ..."

"But oft, in lonely rooms, and 'mid the din ..."

    I would say that the line that contains the clearest example of dialect in poetry is the last one - "What then? Poor beastie, thou maun live!"

    Beastie is a word used often in Scottish English, I believe.
