    When two authors need to be cited, we always have to follow the book order, this means put the author mentioned first on our citation, in last name followed by first name format, the first author; the second author first name then last name. The title of the work should be without quotation marks, only the name of a chapter should be with quotation marks, but this is not the case so this is why letter B isn't possible. Letter A and D simply don't follow the rules mentioned dor citing two authors.
