Do you think it is alright to use the word neath in a poem instead of beneath to make it sound more proper? Is it even a word?

    It is only okay if t=you have an apostrophe before the n. 'neath

    I think you should just stick to the word beneath instead of neath. I have never heard a "neath" in any poem i've seen
