This structure is a noun phrase consisting of the noun phrase and the adjective clause. The noun phrase is combined with the determiner (the) and the head noun (I). Then, actually, the adjective clause in the completed structure is "that I didn't catch", but "that" is omitted. So, the adjective clause is combined with the relative marker (that) and the tense phrase (I did not catch). The tense phrase is combined with the noun (I) and tense. Then, the tense is combined with tense (did) and negative phrase which consists of negative (not) and the verb phrase (catch).

In literature, an organizational structure refers to the movement of a passage of prose or poetry. Here, the syntax is concerned based on the sequence of words, while organization to the sequence of paragraphs or stanzas. This can be thought of as a specific format or how the writing is organized.

Organizational pattern on the other hand is how a structure is being arranged. The common one is the Chronological Order.

John Greenleaf Whittier's "The Fish I Didn't Catch" shows a chronological order.
