A Our company has many dedicated, ambitious employees.

In this sentence there are two adjectives (dedicated, ambitious) describing the employees. When listing adjectives there needs to be a comma between them. This tells the reader that the adjectives are not trying to describe each other but rather the noun that follows. C is wrong because there are no commas. B is wrong because it has an extra comma separating the noun from the adjectives.
