    Masculine rhyme occurs in the final stressed syllable of a line. Look at the lines,

    Stand still, and I will read to thee

    A lecture, love, in Love's philosophy

    The syllables at the end have the same sound and them being at the end stresses it. So this is a masculine rhyme.
